We pray that you will enjoy your new family addition. We hope he/she will bring you as much joy as they have us in the short amount of time we have had to love them. Always know if you ever have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us anytime. We want all new puppy owners to remember that if you ever have any need to rehome our baby please contact us first. We never want any of our babies in an animal shelter or in an unwanted home situation. It should be stressed that agreeing to bring a puppy into your home is not a whim-of-the-moment kind of decision. We hope that all of our babies find a safe and loving forever home the first time, but we understand that there are situations that are unforeseeable and we will always be here to help in those situations in any way that we are able to. 

WE WILL ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OF OUR PUPPIES FOR ANY REASON AT ANY AGE. IF FOR ANY REASON IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO PHYSICALLY BRING THEM INTO OUR HOME WE WILL HELP TO PLACE THEM INTO A SAFE, LOVING FOSTER HOME AS QUICKLY AS WE POSSIBLY ARE ABLE TO.

RETURN REFUND POLICY:

WE WILL REFUND THE TOTAL PUPPY PURCHASE PRICE MINUS THE DEPOSIT COLLECTED WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS:

1. RETURN REQUEST IS WITHIN 1 MONTH OF THE SALE OF THE PUPPY. 
2. THE PUPPY IS NOT OLDER THAN 6 MONTHS OLD. 

ADDITIONALLY, IF PUPPY REGISTRATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED; THE PAPERWORK FEE OF $15.00 TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP BACK TO THE HEART OF DIXIE DOODLES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.

UNFORTUNATELY, THERE ARE SITUATIONS WHERE NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED AT ANY AGE OR TIMEFRAME, SUCH AS WITH SIGNS OF NEGLECT, ABUSE, AND/OR WITH ANY MEDICAL ISSUES NOT COVERED BY OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE. 

WE DO REQUIRE THAT ALL PAPERWORK PROVIDED TO THE NEW OWNER AT THE TIME OF SALE BE RETURNED WITH THE PUPPY.  ADDITIONALLY, RETURNING OWNERS MUST PROVIDE ALL VETERINARY INFORMATION PRETAINING TO PUPPY ACQUIRED DURING THEIR OWNERSHIP.

WE AGREE TO MEET WITHIN REASONABLE DRIVING DISTANCES TO RETRIEVE A PUPPY, AS LONG AS DETAILS ARE WORKED OUT IN ADVANCE.
