Deposits are placed on upcoming litters. Customers with deposits get priority in the selection process on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Deposit customers may select the puppy of their choice in the order of deposit.
We do not take deposits based on the gender or color of the puppy.
Deposits are both refundable and transferable up until 2 weeks before the puppies go home.
If for some reason you cannot take a puppy when the litter is available you are welcome to transfer your deposit to a future litter (if there are planned future litters).
If you request a refund within the 2 weeks of the pick-up date you will be charged the amount of your deposit as the cancellation fee. Remember, we have turned other loving families away when we give you a spot on the Deposit List.
The remaining balance can be paid via Paypal or Venmo in any payment amounts convenient for you until the puppy pick-up date.
The remaining balance will be due in full before the puppy can go home.
PAYPAL, VENMO, OR CASH APP PURCHASES
Beginning with Fall 2021 puppy purchases we will begin adding the service charges we receive via Paypal, Venmo, or the Cash App payment processes onto the total puppy price. Some of these methods give the Family and Friends Option of sending a payment that may be free to both Seller and Buyer, but some add a Service Charge back to the Seller. This charge will be the buyer's responsibility to pay.
